We would rather run a focused set of channels well than spread a budget across everything at once. Most engagements start with two or three of these and expand from there.

Landing pages and conversion rate optimisation. Page builds that load fast and are structured around a single action, plus ongoing testing on the parts of your funnel where traffic is already arriving and not converting.

Tracking set up correctly from the start – events, conversions, server-side where it matters – with attribution modelling and dashboards you can read without us on the call. Reporting is included in every engagement, not sold separately.

Audit
We look at what is already running: accounts, tracking, creative, site, existing data. Before anything is launched, we want to know what is working, what is broken, and what is simply not measured.
Plan
A written plan with channels, budget split, the creative angles we intend to test, and the metrics we will hold ourselves to. You approve it before spend starts.
Build and launch
Accounts, campaigns, creative, flows, and pages get built and shipped. Tracking is verified before launch, not after the first confusing report.
Measure and iterate
Weekly checks, monthly reporting, and a standing call. We cut what is not working, put budget behind what is, and keep a running record of every test so decisions compound instead of resetting.

FTS Growth LLC is an independent performance marketing agency registered in Wyoming, working with clients remotely.
We are built small on purpose. The people who plan your account are the people who run it – there is no layer between the strategy call and the person in the ad account at 2pm on a Tuesday. That limits how many clients we can take at once, which is the trade we have chosen to make.
Our bias is toward measurement. If a channel cannot be tracked well enough to tell whether it is working, we will say so before you spend on it rather than after. We would rather give you an uncomfortable answer early than a flattering report later.

Who do you work with?
Mostly small and mid-sized e-commerce and DTC businesses – typically companies with a product already selling that want to grow the channels around it. We are less useful to pre-launch businesses still deciding what they sell.
How does pricing work?
Monthly retainers, scoped to the channels we are running and the amount of creative involved, with fixed-price projects available for one-off work like a tracking rebuild or a landing page. We quote after the first call, once we understand what is actually involved – we would rather give you a real number than a range that turns out to be wrong.
What does the first month look like?
Access and audit in week one, a written plan by the end of week two, then build and launch. You will see the plan and approve it before any spend starts. Most accounts have something live inside the first month, though we will not rush a launch to hit a date if the tracking is not right yet.
Do you work alongside an in-house team?
Often, yes. Some clients hand over a channel entirely, others want us on the parts they do not have time or specialist cover for. We will tell you honestly if you would be better served hiring internally rather than retaining us.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. We work inside your ad accounts, your analytics, and your email platform wherever possible. If we set something up on your behalf, ownership transfers to you. If we stop working together, nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.
How quickly can you start?
Onboarding usually takes one to two weeks from signing – access, audit, and plan – before anything goes live. We will tell you on the first call whether we have capacity.

FTS Growth LLC is registered in Wyoming and works with clients remotely. All work is conducted in English.
