What we collect
We collect information in one situation only: when you submit the contact form on this site. That form asks for your name, work email address, company name, and your message. It also optionally asks for your website, which services you are interested in, and an approximate budget range.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not collect anything from you if you simply read the page without contacting us.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability purposes. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are not used by us to identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss and scope potential work together.
Our lawful basis for processing this information is legitimate interest – specifically, responding to a business enquiry that you initiated. Where you have given consent through the form’s consent checkbox, that consent is also a basis for processing.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately and explicitly ask us to. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
Who else handles it
Your enquiry passes through two third parties in the course of reaching us:
- Netlify hosts this website and processes contact form submissions
- Namecheap Private Email provides the email service that delivers your enquiry to us
Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to do so.
Because FTS Growth LLC is a United States company and our providers operate US-based infrastructure, information you submit is transferred to and stored in the United States.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form enquiries for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, the information is retained for the duration of that relationship and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or ask us to restrict how we process it
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you believe we have handled your information improperly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
